Key Responsibilities * Returns (RMA) Administration * Process customer returns accurately and efficiently. * Log returned items onto internal systems and maintain accurate records. * Check returned goods against relevant documentation, including serial numbers and product condition. * Liaise with internal departments regarding return updates. * Assist with reporting on return volumes and trends. * Support with customer queries relating to returns where required.
