Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality clinical care and administer medication safely
- Develop and lead tailored care plans in collaboration with the wider team

- Mentor and support care staff to deliver best practice care
- Maintain accurate records and uphold CQC standards
What Youll Need
- Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in complex needs, specialist, or long-term care
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, infection control, and relevant regulations
