Main duties of the job

What You'll Be Doing

  • Mentor and support care staff to deliver best practice care

What Youll Need

  • Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in complex needs, specialist, or long-term care
  • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, infection control, and relevant regulations
