RN Clinical Deputy Manager & Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare in Beverley is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to support the General Manager, supervise a multidisciplinary team and ensure outstanding resident care. You will lead by example, monitor standards through audits, and drive clinical governance in a busy care home.

As an RN/RMN with NMC registration and mentoring qualifications, you will also advise on safeguarding, clinical risk, and staff development while contributing to budgeting, sales awareness and
