As a qualified Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will ensure adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided A relevant nursing qualification NMC registration A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice Arbury Court provides medium and low secure care and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women aged 18 years and over with Personality Disorder (PD) and mental illness. Patients can move through services as their needs change, to focus on the next step in their recovery journey. The service offers a personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathway for women with complex needs. Using the rehabilitation and recovery treatment approach, we ensure that care is focused on the person.
