European Road Freight Forwarder Warrington | £35,000 to £37,000 | Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm An established international logistics provider is looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join its Warrington road-freight team. This is an opportunity to join a stable, well-supported operation with a strong European network and a varied customer base. You will manage shipments from start to finish, giving you genuine ownership rather than handling only one part of the forwarding process. The role Manage domestic, import, export and European cross-trade shipments Coordinate day-to-day road-freight operations Arrange UK import customs clearances and export documentation Prepare competitive pricing for customers Provide a responsive, professional service to clients Liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas partners Manage activity through customer and supplier portals Handle shipments involving ADR goods What we are looking for A minimum of five years' European road-freight experience Previous experience in a freight-forwarding environment Knowledge of UK and EU customs procedures Experience managing European cross-trade movements Familiarity with ADR shipments Strong communication and customer-service skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A self-motivated and organised approach Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel What is on offer Salary of £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience Monday-to-Friday working, 9am to 5pm 21 days' annual leave plus bank holidays A permanent, office-based position The backing and network of an established international logistics business A varied role with responsibility across the complete forwarding process If you are an experienced European Road Freight Forwarder looking for a secure position with a respected international operator, apply now for a confidential conversation.
