Baby Room Leader / Room-Based Deputy Manager Location: South London Salary: Up to £18.50 per hour (Room-Based Deputy Manager) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Baby Room Leader or Room-Based Deputy Manager to join a thriving, well-established nursery in South London.

This role would suit a passionate Early Years professional who enjoys working with babies, leading by example, and creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish during the most important stage of their development.
The Role You'll be responsible for leading the Baby Room team, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education are delivered every day while supporting and mentoring colleagues.
For candidates with additional leadership experience, there is also an opportunity to join as a Room-Based Deputy Manager , combining hands-on practice within the Baby Room with wider leadership responsibilities across the nursery.
