Job Title: Roving Support Manager
As a Roving Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and profitable functioning of the branchs, coordinating operations by working in several physical locations within a regional areawhile delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team and work closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Hours : Full Time40 hours Mon-Fri + Saturday on rotation

About you
Hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to show great attention to detail
Ideally, you will have previous management experience in the service industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.
Main Duties
Identify and convert sales opportunities, motivate team in upselling of incremental products, Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Manage all thrifty processes and procedures in line with audit criteria
Ensure colleagues are fully trained in line with company guidelines.
Work within Service Level Agreements and drive performance improvement ensuring the branch meets all its KPI objectives.
Ensuring the security of the branch and its assets, reporting any risks or security events to the Security Manager as soon as possible.
Effective communication with your Senior Location Manager and colleagues to collectively deliver success.
Manage your time proactively to ensure branch performance is on target.
