Job Overview
A Rural Surveyor / Land Agent opportunity supporting infrastructure, utilities and renewable energy projects across the North East. Based in Morpeth with hybrid working, the role suits a rural surveying or land agency professional experienced in property advice, negotiations, stakeholder management and project delivery. MRICS or AssocRICS is preferred, with support available for candidates working towards professional qualification.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide land and property advice across client projects
Manage rural property, assets, budgets and project records
Lead negotiations with landowners, occupiers and stakeholders
Develop property and asset improvement strategies
Support trainees and identify new business opportunities
Skills & Experience Required
Rural surveying, land agency or infrastructure experience
MRICS, AssocRICS or actively working towards qualification
Knowledge of rural tenancies and occupancy agreements
Strong Microsoft Office and GIS software skills
Full UK driving licence and regular travel availability
Salary & Benefits
£45,000 - £55,000 salary
