About the Role

We are seeking one or two Salaried GPs to join an established and supportive GP practice in West Sussex from October 2026.

This is a permanent opportunity within a large multidisciplinary primary care team, offering 15-minute appointments and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced group of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, ANPs and wider practice staff.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• 
  Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations

Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions

Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber

Develop appropriate treatment and management plans

Refer patients to secondary and community services where required

Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne

Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team

Deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care

What We're Looking ForEssential

• 
  
• 
  Qualified General Practitioner

Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise

Independent Prescriber

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary primary care team

The practice uses SystmOne, with standard GP appointments lasting 15 minutes. Working hours start from 08:00 and can run until 18:30 when covering duty. xwzovoh
