Qualifications

Essential

• Fully qualified GP with GMC and RCPG registration
• Inclusion on performers list
• Annual appraisal and revalidation, and maintain
• Basic life support

Desirable

• Evidence of continued professional development
• GP/FY2 Trainer

Experience

Essential

• Primary care home visits
• Triage
• Face to face consultations
• Chronic disease management
• Clinical governance
• Delivery of QOF targets
• Audits

Desirable

• Experience within medical, surgical, A&E, paediatrics or mental health
• Management
• Research
• Understanding of PMS contract
