Essential
- Fully qualified GP with GMC and RCPG registration
- Inclusion on performers list
- Annual appraisal and revalidation, and maintain
- Basic life support

Experience

- Primary care home visits
- Triage
- Face to face consultations
- Chronic disease management
- Clinical governance
- Delivery of QOF targets
