Job summary
Clarendon Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and patient focused Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high quality primary care, improve patient outcomes and play an active role in shaping service development within a forward thinking practice.
Working closely with our GPs, nurses, pharmacist and wider healthcare team, you will provide safe, effective clinical care including acute and long term condition management, continuity of care for your patient cohort, and participation in quality improvement activity. You will have the opportunity to work directly with patients, manage complex clinical needs and support the ongoing development of our practice services.

Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP at Clarendon Medical Centre, you will deliver highquality, patientcentred clinical care as part of our multidisciplinary team. Core responsibilities include:
Providing clinical care Undertake consultations, manage acute and longterm conditions, and provide continuity of care for your patient cohort.
Structured clinical decisionmaking Assess, diagnose and manage complex presentations, ensuring safe prescribing and evidencebased practice.
Patient contact Deliver a mix of facetoface, telephone, online consultations and home visits, triage as required, and support urgent ontheday demand.
Clinical administration Review results, correspondence and repeat prescriptions, ensuring timely followup and safe patient management.
Collaborative working Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, PCN staff and the wider MDT to deliver integrated care.
Quality improvement Contribute to audits, service development, clinical governance and practicewide improvement initiatives.
Support for practice systems Participate in MDT meetings, safeguarding processes, and adherence to practice policies and protocols.
Professional development Engage in CPD, appraisal and revalidation, with opportunities for developing specialist interests.

Our clinical team consists of three GP Partners, two Salaried GPs, experienced Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and a dedicated team of administrative and management staff.
