Main duties of the job

As a Symphony Salaried GP, you'll enjoy all the clinical variety and professional satisfaction of working in primary care, without the financial responsibilities and business risks associated with GP partnership.

We offer opportunities tailored to your experience, interests and level of responsibility, whether you're a newly qualified GP looking for a supportive environment to develop your confidence, or an experienced clinician seeking a broader leadership or portfolio role.

Unlike traditional partnerships, all Symphony GPs are employed on a salaried basis, providing greater security, access to employment benefits, and the freedom to focus on what matters most: delivering excellent patient care.

We are committed to helping our clinicians build fulfilling and sustainable careers. Through regular appraisal, mentoring and professional development support, we encourage GPs to pursue specialist interests, develop leadership skills, and expand their scope of practice.

Whether your ambition is to become a trainer, lead quality improvement projects, develop a specialist clinical interest, or shape the future of primary care, Symphony will support you every step of the way.

We would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact:
