We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Distribution team on a full-time, fixed-term contract for approximately 9 months. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Commercial team, preparing accurate quotations for customers and helping to ensure the efficient delivery of our sales processes. Manually pricing transport jobs where required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed commercial rates. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver a high standard of service. Operating in line with Company policies, procedures and IT governance standards. What Youll Need: Essential A minimum of one year's administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment. A minimum of one year's experience using Microsoft Office applications and in-house databases or management systems. A confident and professional telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using a Transport Management System (TMS) or similar operational software. An understanding of commercial pricing or sales support processes. Builds positive working relationships and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a busy Commercial team.
