Sales Account Executive - Events Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing Working pattern: 5 days out of 7, flexed to meet business needs Location: London, Westminster. This is an office based role  Join one of London's most iconic event venues Central Hall Westminster is the largest heritage events venue in Westminster, hosting conferences, exhibitions, graduations, corporate events, concerts and public gatherings from 2 to 2,000+ guests. Working with corporate organisations, charities, agencies and private clients, we deliver a diverse programme of events in one of London's most recognised venues. High-profile events hosted at Central Hall Westminster include the Netflix Wednesday Season 2 Global Premiere, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and the Burberry Fashion Show, reflecting our reputation for delivering memorable experiences in a unique and historic setting. We are looking for a commercially focused Sales Account Executive to join our sales team, who will convert enquiries into confirmed business, grow revenue from existing accounts and develop relationships with new clients.  The Role You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation, providing a professional and responsive service. Working across corporate, charity, agency and private event markets, you will secure events ranging from small meetings to large-scale conferences, graduations and concerts.  Key responsibilities include: Managing enquiries for events of 2 to 2,000+ attendees  Preparing proposals and quotations  Conducting venue site visits and client meetings  Converting enquiries into confirmed business  Building relationships with new and existing clients  Managing and developing key accounts  Working with colleagues and service partners to maximise revenue  Applying commercial judgement to pricing and yield management  Monitoring enquiries through our venue management system  Representing Central Hall Westminster at industry events  Identifying market trends and growth opportunities  About You You will have experience in venue, conference, event or hotel sales, or a similar commercial role within the hospitality or events sector. You will enjoy winning business, building client relationships and providing excellent service.  You will bring: A proven track record of converting enquiries into business Experience managing accounts and building lasting relationships Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Good commercial awareness and numerical ability The ability to manage multiple priorities Experience selling within a unique, conference or heritage venue and knowledge of foreign languages would be advantageous.
