Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Harrogate, is looking for an Administration Assistant to support their busy sales team.

As an Administration Assistant, you'll provide vital support to the sales department, ensuring orders, enquiries and day-to-day administration are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: Processing sales orders, quotations and related documentation accurately.
Providing administrative support to the sales team.
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Responding to customer and supplier enquiries in a professional manner.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure the smooth running of the department.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience in an Administration Assistant, Sales Administrator or Office Administrator position.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good Excel skills, with knowledge of Pivot Tables being advantageous.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using SAP Business One or a CRM system would be beneficial but is by no means essential, as full training will be provided.
