Our client is a well-established nationwide accountancy practice with an excellent reputation for supporting businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a confident and proactive Sales Executive to join their friendly and progressive team in Bicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with people, and is interested in developing a long-term career within the accountancy sector.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator , you will contact warm leads generated through the company website and online booking platform. This is not a cold-calling role; instead, you will engage with potential clients who have already expressed an interest in the company's services.
· Contact warm inbound leads via telephone
· Qualify enquiries and understand client requirements
· Build relationships with prospective clients
· Book appointments for accountants and consultants
· Proactively follow up leads and maintain engagement
· Update and maintain CRM records accurately
· Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey
· Work closely with the wider team to support business growth targets
About You
· Confident and professional on the telephone
· Experienced in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telesales or customer service
· Comfortable making outbound calls and following up enquiries
· Excellent at building rapport and maintaining relationships
· Organised with strong attention to detail
· Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
· Strong communicator with a positive attitude
· Keen to develop a career within accountancy and professional services
