Sales Advisor

We are recruiting now for results driven Sales Advisors to join a passionate & vibrant team! If you are passionate about travel and would like to be part of creating someone elses ‘Dream Holiday / Travel experience', then this role could be perfect for you This Sales role involves handling INBOUND telephone & web enquiries - No cold calling! Although a natural flair for sales is required you will receive a 4 week onboarding / training programme to give you all the tools & information you require to hit the ground running ..... For top performers there will be future opportunities to visit international offices! About the Sales Advisor Role: * Basic salary of £25K per annum + uncapped commission. * Realistic OTE £30K-£40K in Year 1 and Year 2 and beyond £40K-£60K * Other benefits include staff discounts / offers on retail & travel, medical healthcare cash plan, additional annual leave linked to length of service. * You will be working on a 5 out of 7 day rota basis between the hours of 8.45am-8pm * Permanent role * Based in Royal Wootton Bassett (car parking on-site) Travel Sales Advisor Role Duties: * Handle a mixture of inbound sales calls and Web site driven leads, identify customer needs using a sales approach * Build rapport quickly and recommend tailored cruise-and-tour holiday packages * Present complex, high-value itineraries with confidence and expertise * Create meaningful customer engagement, overcome objections, and close sales * Offer alternative solutions when original itineraries do not align with client preferences * Finalise accurate calculations for the cost of holiday packages & complete booking administration with precision and compliance * Collaborate within a high-energy sales team to drive collective performance * Adhere to call centre compliance standards, including ABTA regulations, and data protection policies Skills required for the Sales Advisor Role: * First class customer service skills * Sales experience within a call centre environment is desirable * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to establish rapport with customers and build relationships * Be highly motivated & results orientated * Good working knowledge of Microsoft software & ability to manage multiple systems * Ideally you will have sales experience in travel, retail or luxury / premium brands, but full training will be provided If you are you ready to embark on a journey selling bespoke travel packages then we would love to hear from you You may have worked in the following capacities; Sales Associate, Sales Representative, Retail Sales consultant, Luxury sales specialist, Customer service Associate, Sales Consultant, Brand Ambassador, Retail Associate, Sales Advisor, Showroom Sales Representative, Call Centre Advisors
