Sales Advisor Permanent Swindon Salary - £25,000 OTE - £40,000 - £60,000 This role will be 5 days out of the 7. You will be working on a rotating basis of 8:45am-5:30pm, 10:45am-7pm and 11:45am-8pm. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our client based in Swindon. Key Responsibilities: * Handle a mixture of inbound sales calls and Web site driven leads, identify customer needs using a sales approach * Build rapport quickly and recommend tailored cruise-and-tour holiday packages * Present complex, high-value itineraries with confidence and expertise * Create meaningful customer engagement, overcome objections, and close sales * Offer alternative solutions when original itineraries do not align with client preferences Meet or exceed KPIs related to: * Conversion rates * Gross margin delivery * Data capture accuracy * Enquiry handling performance * Accurately calculate pricing and deliver timely, detailed quotations * Complete booking administration with precision and compliance * Collaborate within a high-energy sales team to drive collective performance * Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey * Adhere to call centre compliance standards, including ABTA regulations, and data protection policies Skills & Experience: * Sales experience required * Preferably within a call centre environment * Travel and/or Cruise sales experience would be desirable * Strong computer literacy * Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research tools Critical Competencies: Highly motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with strong self-discipline Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs in a commission-based environment Strong commercial acumen, including understanding gross margin and profitability Skilled at building rapport and establishing trust quickly Adaptable communication style to deliver personalised service Organised and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership Resilient and energised by working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent listening, negotiation, and closing skills Flexible availability, including weekends and extended hours as required Exceptional attention to detail Benefits: 28 days Annual holiday including bank holidays Health care cover Birthday leave Contributory Pension scheme Free Car Parking By applying for this role you give permission for Purely Recruitment to submit your personal information contained within your CV or any other relevant information provided in order for the prospective employer to review your application for the specific role applied for.
