Sales & Credit Control Administrator Airdrie, Scotland £29,500 Are you an organised, commercially minded administrator with strong attention to detail and confidence dealing with customers? We're looking for a Sales & Credit Control Administrator to join a high performing team supporting a high volume sales operation generating approximately £7 million in monthly sales. Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm The Role You'll support the full sales and finance administration process, including: * Processing customer orders, quotations, invoices and sales documentation * Managing customer accounts and following up outstanding payments * Supporting credit control and reducing aged debt * Liaising with customers, Sales, Finance and external finance providers * Managing finance applications, approvals and funding documentation * Resolving queries relating to orders, invoicing, deliveries and finance * Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring processes are completed on time About You You'll have experience in sales administration, credit control, customer service or commercial administration, along with: * Strong administration and organisational skills * Excellent attention to detail * Confidence discussing outstanding payments * Experience managing customer accounts and invoices * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Experience with finance companies or funding providers * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook What's On Offer £29,500 + annual performance related bonus * 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays * Company pension * Career development and training * Free on site parking * Casual dress * Supportive team environment * Company events, including Truck Fest If you're commercially aware, organised and enjoy working in a busy environment where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
