Sales & Lettings Negotiator Leatherhead We are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join an established residential property team based in Leatherhead .This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who enjoys working across both sales and lettings, building strong relationships with clients and applicants and helping properties progress from instruction through to completion or move-in.The role would suit someone who is commercially driven, confident dealing with customers and motivated by achieving results.The Role As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will support both sides of the residential property operation, helping to generate new business and successfully progress sales and lettings.Your responsibilities will include:Handling enquiries from vendors, landlords, buyers and tenantsRegistering and qualifying prospective buyers and applicantsConducting property viewingsAssisting with property valuations and market appraisals where requiredWinning and progressing new sales and lettings instructionsMatching applicants and buyers with suitable propertiesNegotiating offers between clients and prospective buyers or tenantsProgressing agreed sales through to exchange and completionProgressing agreed lettings through to move-inMaintaining regular communication with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenantsFollowing up leads and maximising opportunitiesProviding advice on local market conditions, pricing and rental valuesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsLiaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers, referencing providers and other property professionalsKeeping property listings accurate and up to dateMaintaining accurate records and updating internal systemsWorking towards individual and team targetsProviding a high standard of customer service throughout the property journeyAbout You We're looking for a proactive and commercially focused Sales & Lettings Negotiator with previous residential property experience.You should have:Previous experience within residential estate agencyExperience across both sales and lettings would be highly desirableGood knowledge of the local property marketStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfidence dealing with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenantsProven ability to convert enquiries into successful transactionsA proactive approach to generating new businessExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesThe ability to manage multiple transactions and competing prioritiesA target-driven and commercially minded approachA full UK driving licenceThe Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a versatile property professional who enjoys the variety of working across sales and lettings. xwzovoh You'll be confident conducting viewings, negotiating offers, following up opportunities and keeping transactions moving, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and applicants.This role would suit an experienced Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator or Sales & Lettings Negotiator looking for their next opportunity in Leatherhead .If you're an experienced property professional looking for a new opportunity in Leatherhead, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
