Key Responsibilities * Deal Progression: Register applicants, match them to the right properties, conduct high-quality viewings, and negotiate offers to completion across both sales and lettings. * Stock Generation: Proactively source new business leads, canvass the local area, and build relationships to secure new listings and instructions. * Client Management: Deliver top-tier, consultative service to vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants, keeping them updated at every stage of the process. * Compliance: Ensure all files, offers, and referencing procedures meet industry compliance and regulatory standards. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management and admin teams to ensure smooth handovers and flawless client experiences.
