Sales Assistant
based in
Lowestoft
youll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendations
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
Making outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their business
Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers
General administration duties, filing, cash handling and banking
This is a part time permanent role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 15.00pm. There is a potential to work Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm as overtime. And heres what wed like you to have: Previous face to face sales and customer service experience is essential.
To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
