You will play a key role in generating and converting opportunities through a combination of managing inbound enquiries, nurturing leads, and proactive business development opportunities, whereby full training will be given. Responsibilities: Follow up and re-engage lost and lapsed leads to identify new opportunities. Manage and qualify new incoming enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with selected commercial brokers and aggregators to generate referral opportunities whilst keeping all platforms up to date with our availability. Conduct outbound calls to prospective targets. Create weekly targeted sales email campaigns. Schedule viewings for the sales and centre teams. Maintain accurate records within the CRM system. xkybehq Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey. Experience Required: Full training is offered, but you will need to be a confident and friendly communicator, especially by telephone, and have strong IT skills including Office 365 You will be office based Monday Friday 8.30am 5.00pm Benefits: Free parking On-site parking
