Sales Consultant
Were looking for a Service Sales Consultant to join our team and support customers by managing enquiries, processing sales orders, and ensuring a smooth, professional service from first contact through to completion. Key Responsibilities
Respond to all inbound customer calls and emails within agreed timescales
Proactively chase and close live enquiries
Follow up existing enquiries with the aim to win or requote
Monitor the sales inbox and acknowledge new leads promptly
Create and process accurate quotations
Log all activities within the CRM and convert live quotes into sales orders
Maintain acceptable business margins
Ensure all sales orders meet the Sales Order Acceptance Procedure
Work with internal departments to resolve anomalies within required timescales
Support account management activities, including organising visits and resolving issues
Regularly follow up allocated leads and quotations
Maintain a professional approach at all times
Report any issues, delays or resource needs to the Head of Sales
