electrical wholesale / hazardous area equipment industry
for a driven and proactive
Internal Account Manager
to join a growing and well-established business. This role sits at the heart of the sales operation - perfect for someone who enjoys managing customer relationships, driving sales performance, and working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
What's On Offer Salary up to
£34,000 (negotiable) Company-wide bonus Medicash healthcare plan 9am-4pm core hours

The Role You'll be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts while supporting the wider sales function. This is a highly dynamic position where you'll coordinate the sales process end-to-end and play a key role in helping the business achieve its targets. Key responsibilities include: Processing sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders efficiently Managing and developing assigned customer accounts Proactively following up on quotations to win business Expediting orders and resolving queries with customers and suppliers Handling returns and non-conformances in line with procedures Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records Supporting Business Development Managers Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For Previous experience within a
wholesale environment
(essential) Electrical industry experience (preferred but not essential) A
sales-driven, ambitious mindset
with a proactive approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with excellent time management Confident using IT systems and CRM tools A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
