Sales Executive (Recruitment)

Your Mission will be on building and growing a successful recruitment desk through business development, sales and relationship management. You'll be responsible for identifying and winning new business, developing existing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions across temporary and permanent markets.

This is a target-driven role suited to someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results. You'll enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities and influencing decisions while delivering an exceptional experience for clients and candidates.

We welcome applications from experienced recruiters as well as individuals with transferable skills from sales, business development, account management or other customer-focused commercial roles.

Although your main working location will be Ramsgate, there will be requirements for you to cover other areas of Kent, including Deal, Dover, and the Folkestone area. As such, driving is essential to the role.
