Sales Executive

Are you currently in a sales role and looking to break into the travel industry? This is the perfect opportunity to work for a cruise company as a Sales Executive with the main focus on reconnecting with customers via outbound calls and emails. This role is Monday to Friday and based in the office and comes with a salary of £26,100 and OTE up to around £60k. Sales Executive responsibilities: Outbound cold & warm calling to reengage inactive customers Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why Update CRM records accurately Build friendly, professional rapport Meet and exceed retention targets Sales Executive skills required: Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required) Strong objection handling and questioning skills Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated Excellent communication and attention to detail Confident using CRM and dialling systems Additional information and benefits: Retail discounts Pension & Cycle2Work  Annual 2 night Christmas Conference Fam trips & ship visits Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm
