DUTIES Your duties as the Sales Executive / Sales Representative include: Follow Up on Sales Leads: Effectively follow up on sales leads generated by the marketing team Manage the Sales Pipeline: Organise leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely communication and progression Engage with Clients: Contact new and existing clients by telephone to understand their business needs and challenges Present Products and Services: Clearly explain the benefits of the companys products and services Attend Field Visits: Carry out field visits to close leads generated through telesales and email marketing Build Client Relationships: Develop relationships with clients and gain a better understanding of their operations Support Business Growth: Convert warm leads into new business opportunities and help grow the existing client base CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2C environment Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Self-motivated and target-driven approach Resilient and comfortable working in a field-based environment Willingness to learn and develop new skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle objections professionally PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office / 365 and CRM systems Must have a driving licence to carry out field visits for assessments and sales HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
