Job Title: Sales Manager – Serviced Offices
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + Monthly Commission

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across a growing London serviced office portfolio. With consistently strong occupancy and exciting expansion plans, you'll be responsible for driving new business, maximising enquiries and building strong relationships with commercial property agents, brokers and corporate clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop the central sales team
- Build and manage relationships with key commercial property agents and brokers
- Drive enquiries, viewings and conversions across the serviced office portfolio
- Develop sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Work closely with on-site teams to convert opportunities and deliver an excellent client experience
- Own CRM performance, pipeline management and sales reporting
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement
