Sales Manager

Sales Manager An exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering business specialising in laser cutting, profiling and fabrication services. Working with customers ranging from local manufacturers through to major OEMs, you'll play a key role in developing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting the company's continued expansion into sectors including Defence, Oil & Gas and Industrial Manufacturing. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor to their clients. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts * Maximise opportunities within key accounts and identify areas for growth * Build relationships with customers ranging from SMEs to large OEMs * Generate new business opportunities through networking and market engagement * Attend regular customer meetings and act as a key ambassador for the business * Support growth across Defence, Oil & Gas and other strategic sectors * Work closely with operational teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience * Contribute to the company's ongoing commercial growth strategy About You: * Proven success in a Business Development or Sales role * Experience selling into manufacturing, engineering or industrial markets * Strong account management and relationship-building skills * Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development * Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels The Opportunity: * Join a business with ambitious growth plans * Work with a diverse customer base, from local businesses to leading OEMs * Significant autonomy and visibility within the organisation * Opportunity to make a genuine impact on the future growth of the business
