Sales & Marketing Manager

The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager. This role leads sales and marketing activity for major international events.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning, campaign management, and hands-on sales execution. You will own sales activity, shape supporting marketing initiatives, and help drive visitor recruitment and sales for major events.

Responsibilities will include

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and deliver integrated marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, press activity, and telemarketing.
• Oversee customer relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and retention.
• Represent the client at competitive UK and international events.
• Provide post-event analysis and reporting, delivering actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the wider team to align sales and marketing objectives.
