Members of the Lichfield team have been with John German since 2009 and 2011, giving you experienced colleagues to work alongside rather than constantly changing faces. The Role As Senior Sales Negotiator , youll play an important part in the continued success of the Lichfield office. Key Responsibilities Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers Maximising viewing, offer and sales opportunities Maintaining regular contact with your applicant database Supporting vendors throughout their sale Contributing to the overall performance and reputation of the Lichfield branch What Will Help You Succeed? Were ideally looking for someone with at least three years estate agency sales experience who already understands what good negotiation and customer service look like.
