Realistic OTE: £30,000+
Experience required: 1- 2 years experience doing the sales role
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-5:15pm + every other Saturday 9am -1pm
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our successful team in Wilenhall. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating Property Sales: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, negotiating between buyers and sellers to reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
- Conducting and Organizing Viewings: Schedule and carry out property viewings, ensuring each client receives a professional and positive experience.
- Marketing: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns using a variety of platforms including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
