£28,000–£32,000

Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping people? Do you enjoy working in a sales-focused role where you can genuinely make a difference?

We're looking for a Patient Sales Coordinator to join a specialist private healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, telesales, customer service, patient coordination or appointment booking who thrives on building relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to booking appointments and supporting them throughout their treatment journey. You'll work towards achievable sales targets while providing a professional, empathetic and personalised service every step of the way.

What we're looking for:

Sales, telesales or target-driven customer service experience

A confident and professional telephone manner

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Strong attention to detail and good IT skills

Healthcare experience isn't essential – full training will be provided. xwzovoh

What we offer:
