Alpha Recruitment are on the look out for Sales & Project Consultant to start some work for a client in Barlborough, Derbyshire . Job Title: Sales & Project Consultant About the Role Alpha Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales & Project Consultant to join our growing commercial team. This is a unique role that combines business development, account management, estimating and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities while managing projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion. Due to the specialist nature of our business, previous experience within industrial storage or fit-out is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, commercial mindset and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided on our products, systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Business Development * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Generate leads through networking, referrals and prospecting. * Attend client meetings and undertake site surveys. * Build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. * Identify opportunities to cross-sell Group's full range of services. Project & Commercial Management * Manage projects from enquiry through to completion. * Prepare quotations and tender submissions. * Interpret client requirements and develop suitable solutions. * Coordinate with internal design, estimating and operational teams. * Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project delivery. Technical & Design * Carry out site surveys and measurements. * Complete layouts and design proposals. * Work alongside cross-department CAD designers and estimators. * Develop an understanding of warehouse layouts, racking systems, mezzanine floors, office fit-outs, building regulations and construction solutions Client Management * Provide excellent customer service. * Manage existing client accounts. * Attend project meetings where required. * Ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations.
