A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Burgess Hill. Within this role you will provide robust back-office support to support the sales team and help them with administrative work for their relevant customers.This role is pivotal in delighting customers throughout their journey from leads to contracts, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Proactively chase repeat customer orders and manage the customer order book to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Generate and follow up on quotations, modifying quotes as necessary to meet customer needs and company processes.
- Handle customer administration, commercial inquiries, and logistical questions promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the process for customer account creation to ensure smooth order processing.
- Support customer contract management, including regular internal meetings to identify and correct any loss-making business.
- Analyse and report on customer forecasts, purchasing trends, and end-of-product life to the sales team
