We cut through the noise and find the best deals and make life easier for our clients. The Role Were looking for aSales Team Leader whos as passionate about people as they are about performance. Youll be hands-on in sales, but just as importantly, youll be the motivator, coach, and role model for your team. Your goal is to bring out the best in people, helping them build confidence, sharpen their skills, and achieve results together. Requirements What youll do: Lead and inspire a team of sales agents with energy and positivity Support individual growth through coaching and mentoring Set clear, achievable goals and celebrate success along the way Run engaging team meetings that leave people motivated and focused Deliver training sessions that empower your team to improve and progress Work alongside leadership to shape the companys growth journey Play an active role in sales yourself, leading by example in the process What were looking for: 7-10 years of sales experience, with proven results At least 2 years leading or coaching a sales team within a similar environment Strong communication and motivational skills A people-first approach to leadership
