Sample Coordinator Assistant

What is the role Supporting the sample team to manage the flow of product and samples through all of our state of the art studios and post production department, this role requires great organisation and communication skills as well as a creative eye. You will be working within the shoot operations team to support smooth running of getting the ecommerce Imagery live to the site for Yours Clothing, Bad Rhino and Long Tall Sally, Pixie Girl, M&CO and Evans. What you will do Responsible for booking in samples, working with the buyers and declaring samples within the library each day. Supporting the Sample Co-ordinator in rail preparations for all shoots as well as packing down. Ensuring the sample and stock area is kept tidy and organized at all times. Pulling all stock required for any reshoots required. Responsible for stock flow to and from the warehouse. Ensure strong communication of product prioritisation through the shoot processes and updating the sample coordinator on any issues. Maintain a professional and productive working environment Establish and maintain close relations with Photographers, Stylists, Post production, Buying and Copy teams. Working with the shoot operation and copy team to ensure the delivery statuses are up to date and samples are available to the required departments.
