SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll professional to join a key localisation and product management programme focused on Irish Payroll.

This is an excellent opportunity for a SAP Payroll specialist who wants to work at the intersection of SAP, product management, legislation and customer engagement.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining and documenting Irish Payroll business & statutory requirements
• Providing functional guidance to development/engineering teams
• Creating and validating Irish Payroll scenarios
• Supporting the design and review of payroll functionality
• Ensuring solutions remain aligned with Irish legislation
• Leading and coordinating functional & integration testing
• Supporting payroll developments and legal changes
• Engaging directly with Irish customers and key customer groups
• Working collaboratively with international, virtual teams

What we’re Looking for:

• 6+ years’ experience in Irish Payroll xwzovoh
• Strong SAP HCM Payroll / SAP Payroll experience
• Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation & statutory compliance
• Experience working closely with software engineers/development teams
• Strong customer-facing experience
• Experience working within international teams
