Are you an experienced SC Cleared Site Manager looking for your next contract? We're recruiting for an SC Cleared Site Manager to join a leading Facilities Management contractor on a project in East Kilbride. This is an excellent opportunity offering £350 per shift, a 4-day working week paid as 5, and an immediate start.
The Role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise contractors and coordinate site activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site procedures.
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
- Act as the main point of contact for site teams and project stakeholders.
About You
- Current SC (Security Check) or CTC security clearance (essential).
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid qualification.
- CSCS Gold Card.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction, fit-out or Facilities Management.
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
