We're Hiring | Scaffolding Apprentices Location: Yeovil Job Type: Full-time, PAYE Duration: Long-term, Ongoing About the Apprenticeship This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the scaffolding industry. Working alongside experienced scaffolders, you'll gain hands-on experience while working towards your CISRS Scaffolding Apprenticeship, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified scaffolder. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding. * Learn to read scaffold drawings and follow site instructions. * Work safely under the guidance of experienced scaffolders and supervisors. * Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area. * Attend college and complete all apprenticeship training requirements. * Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) procedures. * Attend toolbox talks and site briefings. * Develop practical skills and industry knowledge to achieve your CISRS qualification. Essential Requirements * A genuine interest in pursuing a career in scaffolding. * Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. * Good work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude. * Ability to work at height and outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
