The Role This positionis responsible fordaily activity of the prepping and scanning the client data under the supervision of the Scanning & Cataloguing Supervisor. This is a shift role working 6am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm to 11pm Monday to Friday - Please state your shift preference on your application. Key Responsibilities Preparation of items for scanningand rebuilding of files post scan. Inputting data inan accuratemanner Use of our Scanning technology which includes the physical scanner as well as support software. Completing scanning log sheets in conjunction with daily work undertaken. Accurately undertaking manual indexing duties in conjunction with items digitisation ensuring that documents are searchable for customers File reconciliation will be completed post digitisation Assistmanagement in ensuring that all jobs are undertaken and completedin accordance withrelevant specified instructions, procedures, and client contracts/requirements. Assistmanagementin ensuring compliance of prepping & scanning operations with specific procedures and standards for quality, health, safety, housekeeping, and information / data security. Working directly with theon-siteclient teamregardingthe daily work. Checking daily work, Quality Assurance 100% for some jobs.Note that all scanning tasks will require completingin accordance withthe BS10008:2014 quality standard. Use initiative toidentifyany improvements or efficiencies. Provide support for other areas within the business asrequired. Comply withall company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure our clients and team members sensitive and personal information is protected and processedin accordance withthe law. Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them. Candidate Requirements Strong attention to detailisessential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to take control of indexing jobs and manage own workload. Adaptable to working with different teams. Positive and proactive attitude. Diligent and dependable. Ability to adhere to timelines and meet project deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
