We're looking for an experienced
Scenic Project Manager
to take end-to-end ownership of scenic projects within a fast-paced AV & Events environment. This is a hands-on role combining
project management, creative design, technical planning and onsite delivery , working across everything from initial concepts and budgets through to fabrication, installation and de-rig. You'll coordinate closely with designers, clients, internal Project Managers and external fabrication partners, ensuring every scenic element is delivered
on time, within budget and to the required standard . With fabrication currently outsourced, you'll play an important role in managing those relationships while also helping develop the company's in-house scenic capability as the department grows. Key Responsibilities
Manage scenic projects end-to-end , from initial concept and design development through budgeting, procurement, fabrication and final onsite delivery. Manage project budgets and costs , while preparing production-ready artwork, large and small-format print files and technical drawings using Adobe Creative Cloud and CAD software. Coordinate external fabrication partners , ensuring quality, costs and timelines are managed effectively, while supporting the development of future in-house fabrication capabilities. Lead onsite scenic delivery , overseeing installation and de-rig while being comfortable getting hands-on with straightforward scenic builds and installations where required. Collaborate with Project Managers and wider technical teams
to plan and deliver scenic elements as part of larger AV and event projects. Manage and maintain scenic stock within the warehouse , ensuring items such as bars, desks, plinths, tables and stock flats are organised, maintained and readily available for upcoming projects. About You
Proven experience working within an
events production company
or similar fast-paced environment. Demonstrable
end-to-end project management experience
across scenic, events, exhibitions or other physical build projects. Confident managing
project budgets, costs and external suppliers . Proficient in
Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with experience preparing artwork for production. Proficient in
CAD software , ideally SketchUp and/or Vectorworks. Comfortable with
basic scenic installation , including set wrapping, stage builds and similar hands-on work. Desirable Experience
Experience with
beMatrix, Aluvision or similar system-build products . Technical understanding of
AV integration within scenic environments . Graphic design experience. Experience delivering scenic solutions incorporating
integrated screens or projection . What's on Offer
