The Role

As a School Finance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial systems and supporting the wider administration and operations team in delivering excellent financial and organisational outcomes.

Key duties include:

Creating and processing purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and payments

Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audit preparation

Monitoring budgets, assisting with forecasting, and producing data reports

Managing banking, reconciliations, and cashless payment systems

Supporting financial arrangements for trips, visits, and extracurricular programmes

Handling supplier communication and resolving account queries

Supporting payroll-related administrative tasks and staff expense claims

Ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations
