Sea import clerk

We're looking for an experienced Sea Freight Import Clerk to join a busy logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sea import shipments from start to finish.
• Complete customs import entries.
• Liaise with overseas agents, customers and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sea Freight Imports.
• Customs knowledge is essential.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast paced environment.
