Our client is a well-established and highly respected property search provider, supporting legal professionals across the UK with fast, accurate and reliable search services. They are now looking to welcome an experienced Search Processor to their growing team based in Sutton Coldfield.

Working closely with solicitors and conveyancers, you'll play a key role in ensuring property search requests are processed efficiently, accurately and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming property search requests from solicitor and conveyancing clients.
• Review search requirements and provide guidance where necessary to ensure the correct searches are ordered.
• Use online ordering systems and digital mapping tools to accurately identify property boundaries.
• Compile and prepare comprehensive search packs, including Local Authority, Environmental, Drainage & Water and Chancel searches.
• Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers and clients, providing updates and responding to queries professionally.
