The Role Working within the school's specialist ASD Base, you will: Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder to access learning and achieve their individual goals. Provide tailored support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Promote independence, communication and social development. Work closely with teaching staff and the school's ALN team to implement personalised support strategies. Help create a calm, structured and positive learning environment. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: Previous experience working within an educational setting.
