About Our Customer 4way Recruitment has partnered with an established security systems provider to secure a permanent Security Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Engineer looking for a varied service and maintenance role, working directly with customers and supporting the ongoing reliability of electronic security systems. Salary and Benefits – Security Engineer £32,000 - £40,000 basic salary DOE Overtime available Door-to-door travel paid Company van provided 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private health and dental care Bonus schemes Excellent company benefits package Ongoing training and development Excellent progression opportunities 1 week in 7 on-call rota for emergency call outs Key Responsibilities – Security Engineer Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Access control and CCTV systems. Troubleshoot faults and complete remedial works on Access control and CCTV systems. Maintain and repair electronic on Access control and CCTV systems. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation. Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant industry standards and regulations. Participate in the emergency call-out rota, approximately 1 week in 7. Skills and Experience – Security Engineer The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience working as a Security Engineer. Strong knowledge of Access control and CCTV systems. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Good ability to build and maintain client relationships. Full UK driving licence. Why Join this Company?
