As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Using a headset to receive instructions, youll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities Select products accurately to meet picking targets Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided) Skills & Experience Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock Our Benefits Competitive pay with pay rises linked to your time with Aldi An additional 8.5% premium for any hours worked in the freezer 25 hours per week 4 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays Comprehensive training and ongoing development to xwzovoh build your career Access to wellbeing programmes and lifestyle discounts including gym membership and entertainment Family leave including maternity, paternity, neonatal and adoption leave after one year Shift times vary, however, we will always try to make sure you typically work 7-8 hours.
