The Role As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated teaching that meets the individual needs of students while promoting independence, confidence and positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons. Assessing, monitoring and recording student progress against personalized learning goals and EHCP outcomes. Leading and managing a team of Learning Support Assistants and Assistant Lecturers. Working collaboratively with therapists, families and other professionals to support students' learning and development. Developing differentiated learning programmed tailored to individual needs.
